They expect the TMO to be signed by November 5th, by which point the TMO will be provided to the Highways Department to install the lines.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><b>Cllr Alexa Michael said:<\/b><\/div><div><i>&#8220;We know that road safety is very important to our residents. Drivers need to park in a safe manner.
