Affected residents will receive notification letters approximately two weeks before the works begin.

Cllr Alexa Michael, who has lobbied for the resurfacing of Mounthurst Road since 2023, said:

“It is disappointing that the work has been postponed. However, I am keeping up the pressure for Mounthurst Road to be redone. Rest assured, it will happen.”
