Saturday 19 March saw the unveiling of a blue plaque to celebrate the achievements of Elsy Borders who lived at 81 Kingsway in the 1930s.

Saturday 19 March saw the unveiling of a blue plaque to celebrate the achievements of Elsy Borders who lived at 81 Kingsway in the 1930s.

Diane has lived in Hayes for over 42 years and has been a Councillor in Kelsey and Eden Park since 2010. This is the area where she grew up.

Hayes and Coney Hall Councillors were thrilled with the new playground equipment that was recently installed in the playground at Norman Park.

A list of the locations across the borough where residents have applied to hold a street party, to commemorate VE Day or in support of Big Lunch is outlined below.

Hayes and Coney Hall Conservatives have selected Josh Coldspring-White, Alexa Michael and Diane Smith to contest Hayes & Coney Hall Ward for Bromley Council in the 2026 Local Elections.
