Candidates selected for 2026 Local Elections

Diane Smith completes the line-up, following the announcement from Thomas Turrell that he will step down as a Councillor next year. A Hayes resident for many years, Diane previously worked in the NHS locally before becoming a Councillor for a neighbouring ward in 2010. She currently serves as Portfolio Holder for Adult Care and Health on Bromley Council, where she has successfully implemented a strategy to tackle loneliness that has been recognised both nationally and abroad.

The London-wide Local Elections will take place on Thursday 7th May 2026. Between now and then, Josh, Alexa and Diane look forward to speaking to residents about delivering on their priorities for the local community and Bromley Borough as a whole.
