Residents may have noticed an abandoned camper van in a deteriorating condition parked along Bourne Way and a caravan in a very poor state of repair dumped in Prestons Road in Hayes.
Residents may have noticed an abandoned camper van in a deteriorating condition parked along Bourne Way and a caravan in a very poor state of repair dumped in Prestons Road in Hayes.
Following intervention from Cllr Alexa Michael, these vehicles have now been removed by Bromley Council.
Cllr Michael said: “Both vehicles had clearly been abandoned. The caravan in Prestons Road was in such an appalling state that its parts couldn’t even be used for scrap! Fortunately the Council responded promptly to my requests and removed both the camper van and the caravan from the roads.”
