Action taken on fly tipping

Fly Tipping
Fly tipping is such a blight on the landscape - and nowhere more so than when it occurs in the scenic rural areas of Bromley Borough.
Cllr Alexa Michael has reported two separate instances of fly tipping along Jackass Lane in Keston, as well as litter on both sides of this long, winding country lane. The Council is now aware of the fly tipping and should act to remove it soon.

Cllr Michael said: “Fly tipping is an enviro-crime and is punishable by a fine of up to £1,000 for those caught. Your Councillors will always report fly tipping whenever we see it. However, residents can also help to keep the environment tidy by using Bromley Fix My Street (https://fix.bromley.gov.uk) to report fly tipping and many other street defects.”
