The road, vital to connecting Hayes with Coney Hall and well-used by local buses, will be resurfaced from the junction with Tiepigs Lane to the roundabout with Addington Road. The investment comes as Bromley Council also announced plans to resurface West Common Road, following the resurfacing of Prestons Road in 2025.
