Husseywell Park play equipment to be installed in December

Your Councillors are very pleased that the new children's playground equipment will be installed in Husseywell Park on Monday, 8th December. It will take around one week to complete the work.

The new play equipment comprises a daisy rocker, which will replace the seesaw. (Unfortunately, there isn’t enough space for both items.) There is also a shop play panel, which will be great for imaginative play.

Signage will be in place to advise park users of the temporary disruption.

Cllr Josh Coldspring-White, who played a key role in bringing about the new equipment, said: “This is excellent news. Play is a very important part of a child’s development, and I know that the new play equipment will bring a lot of pleasure to children in and around Hayes.”
