Met Engage with the Met Police

This will allow people to sign up and choose what kind of information they want from the police, see what events are happening in their area or contact us with useful intelligence.

This is a 2-way platform – so for instance, if there is a car theft on a given road, we can specifically share an alert only with people in that general area (so as not to overwhelm everyone with information.) At the same time, we can invite anyone with any evidence (for instance, sightings or doorbell footage) that might be useful, which they can then upload to the portal, giving us more evidence and opportunity to solve the crime.
