Hayes & Coney Hall Rail and Bus Users Group – Can you help?

Following several transport-related issues in the area – including tree-felling on the Hayes line, a lack of access for disabled passengers and the impact of no-ticket barriers on crime – Councillors believe a local pressure group could help to secure welcome changes for public transport services in our area.

Successful Rail user groups have been set up in the past, for example in Shortlands. They have been proven to show stakeholders that local communities can work together and lobby for positive change when issues occur.

 Are you a daily commuter? A resident with accessibility issues? A local business that is concerned about Hayes Station? 

All residents and traders are welcome to join – we would be grateful for any expertise you could bring.
